Requirement: (for Customer Support Expert) * Excellent Communication Skills with Basic Technical Knowledge * Positive & Customer Care Attitude * Freshers can also apply * No Sales, Only Customer Handling Skills Duties & Responsibilities => Maintain a database of prospective client companies in Specified location & across various sectors that fall or could fall within our offerings. =>Continuously prospect for new clients through telephone solicitation, cold calling, mailers, internet search like- linkedin, Fundoo, Indiamart etc. =>Initiate contact with decision makers and influences within organizations and HR Outsourcing agencies. =>Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets =>Discuss and convey the advantages of the product & solution offering Qualify and answer questions regarding the Product, solution and services Log Lead generation / managements activity and contacts in sales system or CRM (for Software Support Engineer) Software lifecycle skills: Familiarity with software development life cycle (requirements engineering, design, coding, testing, building and/or release management, deployment and product support) with experience in various life cycle models such as waterfall, rapid prototyping, spiral and others - Good technical skills in Microsoft* Windows* Software Development platform. Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: .NET* Framework, COM+, XML and/or XSL; programming languages such as C# and/or VB.NET* and C++; database development on Oracle* and/or SQL* - Good at analytical problem solving. - Good communication skills. - Demonstrate high level of flexibility. - Willingness and desire to provide 24X7 on-call production support. - Good team player. - Good knowledge of product lifecycle and software development life cycles. - Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and/or Object-Oriented Design (OOD) using Microsoft* languages* (Dot Net, C, C++). - Experience in .NET environment (ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net). - Experience in Extensible Markup Language (XML) would be an added advantage.
