Responsibilities: Cold-calling and warm-calling activities in generating new prospects and qualified opportunities from new and existing clients Calling into mid & large size enterprises in North America & Canada regions Facilitate concept notes, presentations, solution demos and POCs Develop proposals/contracts along with Sales Leadership, identified Delivery Leads and Finance/Legal contacts based on client and solution requirements Ongoing participation in designing and managing events, webinars and other marketing programs Conduct Post Sale Follow Up (to ensure smooth contractual closures and project kick-off) in coordination with service delivery team as appropriate Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports in company provided CRM tool Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items Continuously monitor customer, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to sales management...
