Performing the role of a leader and in co-ordination with the Centre Head, allocation of individual sales targets to the Centre Sales team as well as individual employees aiming towards the achievement of centres sales target. To be well conversant with the Slimming & Beauty Services / Treatments / Appliances / Products and make constant effort to update ones knowledge on products and services being offered by Company and Competitors in order to handle queries with regard to package formulation and pricing and prepare the Centre team to deal with these issues as well. To strategize, plan and execute events for creating awareness and enhancing sales on the basis of market segment focusing on the specific service / product to be promoted in consultation with the Center Head. As per Corporate Guidelines organizing sponsors for the various events being conducted in the centre To take guidance from the respective professionals for in depth technical explanations and formulation of scientific customized package aiming towards result oriented service delivery. To motivate and guide the centre staff for scientific, customized bookings and ensuring a proper sales rotation sequence. To monitor and motivate the already booked, in house clients for their result achievement / programme progress and not just up selling / cross selling of existing package. To ensure that the PD Form is completely filled along with the necessary assessments for formulation of customized package. To attend & monitor the enquiries both telephonic and walk ins and make sure that they are handled professionally and authentically and to co-ordinate with the GRE and sales executives for the requisite follow-ups To monitor and execute the discount policies as specified by the Corporate and to train the staff to quote and negotiate prices by offering alternate programs suitable as per individual requirement and budget constraints. To make personal sales visit to Corporate, Business houses to organize events for generating Walk Ins / Booking clients and for corporate tie-ups. To ensure customer satisfaction and customer delight with respect to all services/ products/ and sustenance of results. To maintain and update all sales related paperwork and documentation -records of booked and unbooked clients on periodic basis, all media, advertising, marketing and sales related records and to send the relevant data to the Corporate as per specified timelines . To ensure regular data entry in the software pertaining to enquiries and conversion. Role in ERP Records the PD form details, data on Inquiry - Follow Up / Corporate Event based data. To manage the Housekeeping services of the center and supervise the housekeeping contractor directly. To attend trainings as and when nominated and practice / impart the learned training inputs to other staff members as well. To ensure that all the customer complaints are promptly and professionally attended at the centre level. To ensure Centre discipline, hygiene and cleanliness, professional ethics & healthy atmosphere. To exibit the most techno commercial manner of handling Inquiries and set an example for the other sales team members by following the guidelines of bookings as specified in the Technical Monitoring System. To follow-up on irregular clients both in Slimming & Beauty for improving regularity 21. To ensure that Zero Sessions of booked clients are conducted within the time frame specified as per SOP and appointments with respective professionals are fixed accordingly. 22. To ensure feedback forms are regularly filled by the clients and the same forwarded to customer care department as per timelines and to help handle and resolve customer complaints 23. To ensure regular monitoring and follow-up of SMS data / Call Centre escalated queries / Alive Chat mails and any other marketing initiatives taken by the marketing department at the corporate from time to time. 24. To collate and analyze the Centre level Marketing initiative / feedback and send the complete format to Head Marketing, Corporate and Regional VP Operations. 25. To ensure regular monitoring and follow-up of client data and tracking all conversions ( Telephonic to Walk In and Walk In to Booking ) and sending the feedback & analysis of the Corporate Ad / Scheme to Head Marketing, Corporate and Regional VP Operations. 26. To promote the WOL memberships / Family cards or any other promotional programs launched by the corporate from time to time. Cash checking In co-ordination with the Centre Head & FDE , to ensure systematic cash handling and maintenance of cash register. Physical cash and entries in the cash register should match. Report to be sent on any variation to all concerned. To constantly upgrade oneself so as to achieve the progression level as per the multitasking / up gradation planner Additional Responsibilities: To carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys To carry out formal presentations of products and services, attend promotional markets and organize product displays To perform outdoor duties or any other job assigned by the Corporate from time to time. ...
