Job Description : • As a ROR developer the resource will be part of a team developing cutting edge web applications using ROR and allied technologies ranging from medium scale to enterprise level web applications. The resource will be handling responsibilities such as code debugging, code optimization, code review of junior developers; development of critical components required in the application and will work with the senior members of team in laying down the architecture for new projects. The resource will also be working on data modeling and data design during the development and will be involved in all stages of the SDLC process. A. Primary Skills: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ROR • Good experience with JavaScript and jQuery library • Good understanding of object oriented programming concepts • Must have worked in Agile methodology • Must have worked in development from scratch and not just in maintenance projects B. Secondary Skills: • Experience in enterprise application development will be a plus but not mandatory • Experience in event driven programming model is a plus but not mandatory • Experience in memory queue implementation is a plus but not mandatory • Good Communication Skills. ...
