Job description 1.Effective Query Management on calls 2. Targetted productivity 3. Maintain benchmark call quality scores 4. Data enrichment 5. Targetted Adherence to the roster (attendance & punctuality) 6. Maintain benchmark product & process knowledge scores 7.Respond to all queries over calls within the targeted AHT to achieve maximum productivity .8Ensure 'First-Time-Resolution' (FTR) on every call possible to avoid repeat calls & thus help to save cost 9.Promptly capture the updated contact details of all customers calling us to enhance the quality of customer database 10.Implements soft skills inorder to serivce the customers in a satidfactory manner 11.Resolve customer queries in the least possible time over call to achieve & maintain target AHT 12.Provide correct & complete resolution to customers in conjucntion to quality parameters 13.Ensure call quality scores is above the target by taking guidance from quality coaches / Team leaders 14.Always looks for ways & means to upgrade the domian/function knowledge & maintain PK test scores above the given benchmark ...
