Job Description Reports to : Branch Manager/Claims In charge Location : Chennai Job Scope / Position Summary 1) To survey and assess the loss of accident vehicles 2) To process and settle the claims 3) Relationship management with the work shop 4) To develop loss control measures 5) To assist in Surveyors empanelment 6) To assist in dealer/workshop tie ups for cashless facility 7) To assist in finalising labor schedules Main Responsibility 1. Carrying out survey and assess the loss 2. Processing and settlement Key Result Area Assessment to be cost effective Settlement of the claims with in defined TATs Qualification and Experience Requirement Education : BE in Auto or Mechanical. Or Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in body shop, survey line or insurance Skills : Strong technical knowledge with good negotiation skills.
