• Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. • Schedule meetings and travel for executives. • Keeping track of inventory, outdoor duties of the executives, ensure proper communication among the employees in their absence • Serving as the administrative support of the corporate group, meeting their day to day needs, in addition to acting as liaison with property management of the building and keeping supplies adequately stocked. • Performing administrative duties for CEO as requested. • Maintain meeting reports, meeting schedules and appointments. • Keeping track of CEO’s daily appointments, call schedules & follow-ups with the clients. • Scheduling & attending daily/ weekly/ monthly meetings between CEO, Project managers & various departmental heads & taking minutes of meetings. • Fixing appointments, drafting letters, e-mails checking, data management, drafting reports organizing files, records etc. • Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner. ...
