Job description: 1) Ability to manage teams and lead several production lines at the same time, and to handle pressure and tight deadlines. 2) Ability to handle IR issues of the workforce in co-ordination with all relevant departments. 3) Motivating the Production engineers and Supervisors to achieve the goal. 4) Responsible for achieving production target in terms of Quality and quantity of finished products 5) Manpower planning, Line balancing & optimum utilization of resources 6) Responsible for rejection control, consumable cost control and systems compliance 7) Manage all jobs related to production; ensure the quality of products being manufactured and generation of MIS reports. 8) Production scheduling, tracking Plan Vs Actual and making the required course correction. 9) Good knowledge of Assembly line production. 10) Experience in ERP systems 11) Exposure to lean manufacturing and Kaizen concepts 12) Managing and ensuring the availability of tools and spares. ...
