We have an exciting opening with one of the leading organization in Sriperumbudur for the position of Services Engineer Requirement – Services Engineer Location - Sriperumbudur Experience – 2 years (Relevant Experience – 2 yrs) Notice period – Immediate / 15 days Job Description: Should be Responsible for Installation, Servicing and troubleshooting, online & Offline Support for AIDC Products. Provide phone and online support for customer questions, comments, complaints. Provide Training to customers and representatives on products & Services. Provide basic operator assistance and general troubleshooting Experience with PCs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, general office equipment and customer service related tools. 2 years experience with PCs, LAN connectivity and phone troubleshooting, preferably within a phone support/IT helpdesk function Exhibit a positive attitude to customers and other employees. Be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding. Continue to upgrade technical and customer service skills. Must possess excellent Communication skills - professional, clear, and articulate in English (oral/written) Maintain all case details accurately and up-to-date in CRM system.
