Finishing engineer shall be capable of having self initiative to achieve the desired quality standard without any compromise. * Should have proven ability to perform under pressure and complete the tasks within the deadline. * Responsible for extracting desired quantum and quality of works from the vendors. * Shall possess sufficient knowledge on MEP works and its coordination with civil works. * Responsible for briefing the execution method of works to the vendors. * Responsible to following the vendors according their works requirement. * Should have work experience including execution of all type of works -civil work, electrical and plumbing coordination& finishing works, up to final hand over the Towers. * Responsible for all setting outs and all level finishes survey and their records. * Responsible for recording the daily material usage. * Responsible for forecasting materials usages at site. * Responsible for the periodical stock checking and reporting. * Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards. * To ensure that the works are done as per drawings and specs. * Responsible for execution of all type of work related activities as per the program requirements. * Required to prepare weekly/ monthly progress reports to superiors. * Required to prepare material indent as per the requirement and regular follow up....
