Be the one point contact for schools for the services offered to school. Ensure high utilisation of EI offerings in schools in the region. Conduct sessions as required, schedule meetings and support visits to schools in the region, Resolve any issues the school has, coordinate with all teams to respond to school complaints in a timely manner. Ensure Quality of sessions, Content, Analysis, remediation and do/attend training to achieve this. Ensuring better time utilization planning the school support activities and school visits Ensuring Timely visits to schools, monitoring the schedules, Timely responses to customers as well as internal stake holders Conduct Orientation Meetings in the assigned schools, orienting teachers on the products Help Schools in identifying gaps & misconceptions, suggest remedial measures & discuss improvement patterns. Conduct Mid-year & Final-year Reviews in the assigned schools, demonstrating impact delivered by the programs Build the Mid & Final year Review reports of the assigned schools. Ensure the schools adhere to schedules of tests/sessions Observe teachers in classrooms while they are remediating. Build Monthly reports for each school & discuss with the Principal. Build monthly status reports of each school for internal usage (EI). Ensure that teachers use the DA & MS reports. Student & Parent Interactions. Make Presentations in the PTA meets. Own all the issues raised in the task tracker for the school and ensure its closure. Responsible for collecting and acting upon feedback from all stakeholders (students, teachers, parents, principal). Meet Principals periodically to discuss the school usage reports. Get good feedback from Schools on the support activities with no complaints/ any complaint to be resolved in a time bound way ...
