Job Profile • Responsible for independent in charge of Sales to Govt. & Private Institutions • Skills to collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support • Confer with customers and Doctors to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships • Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups • Contributing and developing, marketing plans and strategies • Organizing sales visits • Demonstrating/presenting products • Establishing new business • Maintaining accurate records • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings • Reviewing sales performance • Negotiating contracts • Skills to collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies analyzing trends and results • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees • Leverage knowledge of direct marketing practices to ensure that sales executives are focused and achieve their stated goals • Coordinate the development of sales promotion and lead generation activities • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary. • Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning. • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews. • Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities. • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary. • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews. ...
