Job Description: • Develop suitable content for soft skills and communication programs in line with organizational needs. • Develop and maintain a library of training material/activities/cases. • Understand process parameters, validate the requirement, develop course content, plan and deliver training to the target audience within a given time frame. • Train participants on call handling skills, probing techniques and effective use of rebuttals. • Mentor trainees based on quality dashboards to assess current levels of proficiency and measure progress made thereon. • Work closely with thy quality team to understand possible areas of improvement. • Assess participants post training to ascertain that set standards have been achieved. • Share feedback on the course content and other training materials to ensure that the training content remains relevant, accurate and up to date. • Tailor initiatives to increase the reach of training in the organization.Secondary Responsibilities: • Recommend Trainer Development plans. • Recommend certifications for trainers to increase growth opportunities. • Identify training gaps by assessing corporate requirements and ensuring that the gaps are bridged...
