Shift Timing – 4.30pm to 1.30am (Day light saving from October would change the shift timing from 3.30pm to 12.30am) 2. Hard Core Sales Campaign – Growth is more when compared to inbound campaign. It is not the routine trouble shooting in Inbound and hence the job is interesting and challenging. Employees will get additional benefits on extra sales made during the day. Their communication improves and gets to talk to more people out of the script. 3. Growth – All higher positions like TL or Trainer or Quality would be through internal job postings. Hence growth is guaranteed for a good performer. 4. Appraisals – Twice a year to motivate the employees and give them monetary benefits. 5. Cab Facilities – We offer door step drop to our employees, although. We do not deduct from their salaries for this facility....
