We are looking for "Wordpress team leader", Chennai. Years of experience: 2-3. Salary Package – 20k – 23kpm. Job Description : 1. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work in a team environment 2. Should have team building capabilities 3. Meeting deadlines 4. Taking ownerships 5. Educating others both technically and functionally 1. Ability to occasionally work extra hours during emergency cases when needed 6. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 7. Must demonstrate Trust, Reports, Accountability , Innovation & Service 8. Driving the team members to right direction 9. Taking ownerships 10. Ability to work independently and also with the team 11. Drive the team member to right direction. Expected skill sets: 1. Ability to create Wordpress widgets 2. Expert in Wordpress theme and plugin development 3. Experience in working with responsive websites 4. Experience in working with version control system (e.g. Git, SVN) and managing code release like (merging, branching and tagging etc,.) 5. Experience in high traffic and optimizing the performance for both back end and front end 6. Ability to use custom post type and taxonomies 7. Ability to code Wordpress standards 8. Comfortable working with LESS or SASS and mobile responsive frameworks like bootstrap 9. Expertise using hand coded, HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, Ajax and jQuery utilizing front end & Java script frameworks. 10. Design and customize backend of wordpress for internal users 11. Familiarity and awareness of UX 12. Linux, Apache, Mysql, PHP and other similar frameworks are added advantage....
