Procialize creates mobile apps for conferences, exhibitions and corporate networking. The company has been providing solutions to key clients including CII, FICCI, Tata Communications and other prominent event organizers, associations and corporates. The Marketing executive forms the link between the clients and the company. His/her role in the organization is to be the point of contact for business acquisition, execution and post event interaction. The role is primarily divided into 3 parts a. Pre-sales i. Prepare a list of upcoming events in the city ii Prepare a list of event organizers and contact details iii. Initiate dialogs through appropriate emails, cold calls iv. Introduce the company to the prospect and generate inquiries. v. Prepare quotation in consultation with Business Development Manager vi. Regularly follow up till business is acquired b. Sales and execution i. Act as point of contact between company and client while gathering event related info for uploading ii. Create mailers for communication with event visitors and delegates in accordance to the standard documentation iii.Coordinate with tech team and execution team in ensuring content is as per requirement of client iv.Recruit event volunteers to provide on-site service and carry out trainings v.Attend event and ensure event app usage is covered, as well as client concerns are addressed c. Customer retention i. Prepare and present post event analysis report to client ii.Discuss feasibility of more events and acquire more business ...
