An opportunity exist for a Pulmonary/Chest Physician (Pulmonologist) for one of our hospital clients in CHENNAI Chest Physician Essential Functions/Responsibilities 1. Increase philanthropic support and meet strategic goal objectives by developing and implementing measurable fundraising programs as defined in a multi-year plan. This comprehensive annual fundraising plan will include annual fund, capital and endowment fund, major gifts, planned giving, special events, corporate and foundation giving, sponsorships, and new fundraising initiatives. 2. Direct the Annual Fund Manager to assure attainment of annual and capital fund goals. 3. Oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs. 4. Manage special fundraising events including local and regional donor cultivation events. 5. Manage the cultivation and solicitation of individual donors including incorporating a moves strategy. 6. Communicate with donors in a timely manner by working with Marketing and Communications staff to develop effective solicitation materials, website content, quarterly donor newsletters, and an annual report. 7. Serve as staff liaison to the Development Committee and be responsible for all activities related to its effective operation. 8. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications staff to develop cause marketing sponsorship fulfillment. 9. Provide monthly reports to track and analyze key philanthropic activities and results. 10. Provide fundraising training to the Board of Trustees and other key College leaders to encourage a culture of philanthropy to grow within the organization. 11. Increase awareness of the Foundation’s mission and programs to a global audience to ensure growth of the donor base. 12. Participate in professional associations to advance personal growth and to establish key strategic partnership relationships. 13. Serve as an articulate and passionate spokesperson both internally and externally to put a “face” on the College’s philanthropy and the positive outcomes that result from philanthropic investment. 14. Oversee conversion from Raiser’s Edge to Avectra. A nephrologist is a physician who studies, diagnoses and treats illness or disease related to the kidneys. Responsibilities • Diagnosing and treating kidney-related illness or disease includes evaluating patients, performing kidney transplantation and administering dialysis treatments. Diagnose patients using the correct equipment in determining and evaluating the extent and nature of kidney disorders or injuries.  Use diathermy appliances, emanation tubes, cystoscopes, radium, catheters, and similar medical appliances where appropriate in the treatment of patients with kidney ailments.  Perform dialysis or surgery on damaged kidneys and prescribe post surgical maintenance medication.  Perform kidney transplant surgery in serious cases while ensuring kidney donor compatibility and legal or ethical donor sourcing.  Administer anti-rejection treatment to counteract infections or preclude rejection in kidney transplants.  Refer patients suspected of tumorous kidney to relevant oncologists.  Keep abreast with new developments in kidney surgical techniques and medication.  Maintain and ensure that relevant patient records are properly updated and filed physically or in a computer database Job Duties and Tasks for: "Urologist" Teach or train medical and clinical staff. 2) Document or review patients' histories. 3) Provide urology consultation to physicians or other health care professionals. 4) Refer patients to specialists when condition exceeds experience, expertise, or scope of practice. 5) Direct the work of nurses, residents, or other staff to provide patient care. 6) Treat urologic disorders using alternatives to traditional surgery such as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, laparoscopy, and laser techniques. 7) Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions using equipment such as diathermy machines, catheters, cystoscopes, and radium emanation tubes. ...
