Qualification : BE or Diploma in any Domain Experience : 15+ yrs of experience in automotive company are most preferable Salary : 40, 000 /-(Salary is not a constraint if the candidate is strong enough in the field) Ø Procurement of various materials such as Castings, Aluminium parts, Machined components, Forging components, Non standard fasteners, sub-assemblies, tools etc. Ø Formulating sourcing strategies, vendor identification / development, supply chain management and analytical assessment to strengthen effectiveness. Ø Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services. Ø Development of vendor capacity by reducing cycle time, product quality, cost reduction & support for development of new products. Ø Develop, lead, and implement supplier qualification efforts including conducting supplier assessments, auditing supplier quality systems and process controls, and part specific qualification requirements. Ø Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers, Preparing Cost break ups for Initial settlement, Price revisions Ø To work in teams to improve suppliers quality, PPM, On Time Delivery Performance Ø Handling Customer complaints, Preparing counter measure and G8D reports for customer complaints Ø Analyzing root cause & implementing corrective & preventive action for Product / improve capability of processes.
