Programme Planning & Implementation  Overall program planning – budgeting, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the civic club program, & curriculum printing  Responsible for maintaining all program documentation  Execute impact assessment regularly  Coordinating and organizing city level events, trainings, workshops and meetings  Responsible for creation of all relevant team reports (monthly team, half yearly)  Annual Report of activities and responsible for Newsletter publications  Motivate, manage and lead team effectively  Responsible for maintaining all program documentation  Ensure PR with Stake holders - external partners is maintained  Responsible for programme expansion  Partnership Management with Donors, sponsors Volunteer and School Management  Volunteer Management – conduct regular meets with the volunteers and guide them in all aspects of the Program including updates if any  Plan & assist in orienting and induction of new volunteers  Plan for and assist in training of volunteers  Ensure PR with stakeholders i.e. schools is maintained Resource Mobilisation (RM)  Resource Mobilization - Implement fundraising efforts (events, plan fundraisers,  Maintain and mange relationship with donors (existing and potential) CMCA India Guidelines and Mandatory Requirements /Others  Act as a civic tutor when required  Assist other teams and HO as and when applicable ...
