Sales: • Should be able to independently handle assigned territories and states in different regional belts in India for our products and be accountable for volume and revenue. • Develop short and long term growth plans and business development strategy for the assigned states/ region. • Establishes Sales objectives by forecasting and developing Annual sales budget for region & territory, projecting expected sales volume and revenue for existing/ new products and for existing & new customers that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Prepare sales targets with reference to the prevailing market situations. • Conducts one-on-one review with all RSMs and ASMs to provide insight for the improvement of their Team’s sales performance. • Revenue growth management. This involves making monthly activity plans, getting approval and support from clients and ensuring implementation to achieve the desired revenue and sales objectives. This also includes consultative sales to up sell in existing accounts and introducing new products. • Relationship management with clients, mapping clients' requirements & providing them solutions. • Analyze market requirements, competition moves, new products and technology and provide inputs to product management. • Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members. • Establish new business over and above the base business in the company through Channel Sales business. • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence. • .Provides timely, accurate competitive pricing. • Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards. • Analyze all projects for future programs and recommend improvements to all business policies and procedures and prepare all budget reports and coordinate with corporate accounting service center for same. • Handle Key accounts relationships and customer satisfaction. • Motivate the team to follow the corporate strategies set by the Management. • Ensure that statistical data is produced on time by the team for analysis. • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
