As a candidate responsible for the Finance and Accounting department you will report in to the Managing Director / CEO/HR and be responsible to provide day to day management and leadership in all areas of Finance and Accounting and develop an efficient, effective and positive team 1. Responsible for book keeping and smooth functioning of finance function. 2. Monthly closing and preparation of MIS and maintenance and keeping the accounting records. 3. Co-ordination with Auditors for statutory and Internal audits. 4. Support CEO/ Directors/HR for monthly / periodic MIS 5. Participates in overall management by providing financial input to company management in arriving at business decisions. 6. Participation in the company's annual Budget and Business plan 7. Monitoring the fund position for effective utilization of the fund. 8. Handling of local tax laws such as income tax, service tax,sales tax and VAT 9. Monthly payroll,ESI,PF processing 10. Heading all activities of Accounts , Audit and Office Administration 11. Maintenance of Legal , Statutory & Regulatory compliances 12. Ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct and indirect taxation. 13. Billings, Receivables & Cash management. 14. Timely Finalization of Accounts & Optimizing Fund Allocation. 15. Develop and implement accounting & reporting procedures and policies for better performance 16. Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and take appropriate actions based on the forecast ....
