Understanding of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews. - Ability to work effectively under pressure in dynamic environment - Agility to switch across multiple teams/ products/ applications and perform - Experience in translating requirements into technical design specifications and documentation, as well as executing development projects from conception to delivery - Good verbal and written communication skills - Work ethics, be a self-starter and initiative taking Technical Skills - Proficiency in C#.NET (ADO.NET) & ASP.NET (Ver 4.0), Crystal Reports, MS-SQL 2008 (with advanced query optimization skills). - Hands-on experience in .Net, AJAX, JavaScript an libraries like J Query - Familiarity with building web applications. Knowledge of WCF, Web Services would be advantageous.
