we need Pay Roll administrator with 2 years experience we want the candidate who had strong knowledge in pay roll adminstration alone. not less than 2 at max of 3years about our concern we are leading healthcare BPO 1)Assisting the executive in payroll related activities 2)Collating the inputs and validation 3)Processing of payroll 4)Preparing payroll related entries for period-end 5)Compile and submit payroll related deductions 6)Performing non-processing activities like reimbursements, generating PF, ESI, PT reports, IT proof verifications etc 7)Taking Care of Complete Staff Data Base, Pay-roll processing with regard to labor laws, Monitoring PF, ESI, PT Calculations, Remittances, Fillings, etc. 8)Taking Care of routine Tax planning Co-ordination for the Employees 9)Excellent Knowledge of MS Office 10)Timely and accurately preparation of F & F and payroll. 11)Candidate should be able to self-organize and work effectively within a small team with minimal supervision. 12)He/She will be handling areas like HR Reporting,PF,ESI,Gratuity,Labour Laws,Payroll administration,Orgainization Administration, Follow up of Confirmation Records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC,Prof Tax, Gratuity, LTA, Bonus etc. IT,TDS,Recruitment,Various Legal Challan,Forms,Returns,Salary Components,Time and Shedule Updates,Exit Management and Designing CTC location : mogappair west,chennai ...
