* To sell commodity yarns for the company which will be outsourced from other mills as well as produced at the company’s own job work units. • To identify markets & create sales channels in various markets building long term associations for the company • To appoint agents & motivate them from time to time to create a brand name for our company • To set up a marketing dept and introduce systems at various levels in the marketing Dept. as well as between finance & commercial depts... • To motivate and train the executive reporting to you • Setting up a structured mktg dept., divided in to export and domestic • Grouping and allocation of works to respective assistants • Fixing Qtrly targets • Preparing Quarterly sales plan and presenting it to MD • Motivation of Team members • Setting up sales network, through agents / distributors in various markets • To achieve the annual sales target • To ensure product mix is spread across yarn/fabric/value added yarns • To be fully accountable for all payments and collections from various customers • To achieve price levels as targeted by Management • To give all production advises to the Mills • To follow up Lcs, inspect the same, get approval from Finance dept • Arrange LC amendments when required • Trace all acceptances of documents / monitor container pick ups • To ensure shpt deadline are met, co-ordination with CFA’s shipping liners • Monitor all costs, such as packing costs, freight costs • Monitor all agents’ commission...
