Key Responsibilities Development of strong customer network database across the various potential segments, thereby promoting our technology and expanding our reach Frequent visit to customers, consultants, end users and transmitting our technology expertise to them. Capability towards validating an enquiry and assessing the technical requirement. Increase the volume of enquiry generation. Create and m anage an account development plan. Shall be responsible for achieving the assigned target in terms of budget revenue and unit sales for that particular region. Maintaining a database for activities on the competitor's front. Deliver Presentations to Customer and internal team members. Continuously improve and update personal knowledge with respect to product development and technological innovation. Understanding of basic commercial terms and conditions w.r.t a contract, for the ease of communication with the customer or end user Key Essential Attributes: Qualification, Experience and Personal BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical/ Instrumentation Must have a work experience of at least 4 years with the engineering industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience in material handling industry especially in sales / marketing / business development profile involved in handling conveyors, system packages, crushers, screens, drive equipment, processing and storage equipment, loading and unloading systems, weighing systems etc. OR Direct sales experience for at least 2 years involved with other capital equipment associated with material handling Industry for products like dumper, shovel, truck loader, earthmoving equipment, crane, utility systems etc. Sound domain knowledge and conceptual clarity in regards of application engineering for a material handling equipment or system. Good Analytical and reasoning ability Sound Communication Skills - Verbal and Written Must be a team player Should be persuasive and solution oriented Must be a well-groomed person with a pleasing personality. Must be willing to travel for at least 12 to 15 days a month for work. ...
